Preparation Instructions:

1. Wash Hands: Wash your hands and thoroughly clean the feeding bottle, nipple, and cap.
2. Sterilise: Boil the cleaned bottle, nipple, and cap in water for 5 minutes. Leave them covered until ready to use.
3. Boil Water: Boil fresh drinking water for 5 minutes, then allow it to cool to lukewarm temperature (approx. 37°C - 40°C) to protect the live probiotics.
4. Measure Water: Consult the feeding table on the pack and pour the exact amount of lukewarm water into the sterilised bottle.
5. Add Powder: Use only the scoop provided inside the pack. Level the powder using the levelling edge on the tin/box. Do not heap the powder.
6. Mix Well: Cap the bottle and shake vigorously until the newborn baby milk powder is completely dissolved. Test the temperature on your wrist before feeding.

Standard Feeding Guide (Always consult your paediatrician):

• 1st and 2nd week: 90 ml water + 3 scoops (6 feeds per day)
• 3rd and 4th week: 120 ml water + 4 scoops (5 feeds per day)
• 2nd month: 150 ml water + 5 scoops (5 feeds per day)
• 3rd and 4th month: 180 ml water + 6 scoops (5 feeds per day)
• 5th and 6th month: 210 ml water + 7 scoops (5 feeds per day)

Pro Tip: Never use boiling water to mix the formula, as temperatures above 45°C will destroy the beneficial L. reuteri probiotics essential for your baby's digestion.

• Important Notice: Mother's milk is best for your baby. Infant milk substitutes should only be used on the advice of a health worker or medical practitioner.
• Preparation Hazards: Unboiled water, unboiled bottles, or incorrect dilution can make your baby ill. Prepare only one feed at a time.
• Storage Instructions: After opening a 400g pouch, immediately transfer the contents to an empty, clean, completely dry, and airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place (not in the refrigerator). Use the contents within 3 weeks of opening or before the expiry date, whichever is earlier.
• Usage Warning: Discard any leftover formula from the bottle after feeding. Do not store prepared formula for later use due to the risk of bacterial growth.
