Grandem MD Tablet is used to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy or radiation therapy. It contains Granisetron, which works by blocking a natural substance (serotonin) in the body that causes nausea and vomiting. This medicine may sometimes cause side effects such as diarrhoea, constipation, stomach pain, weakness, headache, fever, dizziness, and drowsiness.
