Please recommend an eye drop for general or daily usage. My vision is a little weak, at -1.25. As a working woman, I have some discomfort from my constant computer use.

For daily use with computer strain and mild power (-1.25), the best option is lubricating (artificial tear) eye drops, which keep your eyes moist and reduce dryness, burning, and irritation caused by screen time. use 1?2 drops in each eye 2?3 times daily, take regular breaks from screens (20-20-20 rule), and avoid overuse. If irritation or blurred vision continues, consult an eye doctor.
I've been jogging for almost three years, but for the past week, I've had excruciating ankle pain that prevents me from walking or bearing my body weight. Could you perhaps recommend some medication?

Your symptoms suggest a possible Ankle sprain or overuse injury, so first rest the ankle, avoid running, apply ice, use compression bandage, and keep it elevated. For pain, you can take Paracetamol or Ibuprofen (if no stomach/kidney issues), and use a topical gel like Diclofenac. If you cannot bear weight or pain is severe, get an X-ray and consult an orthopedician to rule out fracture.
