Omni Spray 78.6 ml is a topical analgesic (pain killer) primarily used to relieve acute musculoskeletal pain and pain of osteoarthritis of joints. It reduces pain, swelling, and joint stiffness, thereby improving your ability to move and flex the joint.

Omni Spray 78.6 ml contains Diclofenac and Methyl salicylate (as a pain killer), Linseed oil (as an anti-inflammatory), and Menthol (as a cooling agent). Omni Spray 78.6 ml works by first cooling the skin and then warming it up, which interferes with the pain signal transmission through nerves. Together Omni Spray 78.6 ml works by blocking the release of chemical messengers that causes pain and inflammation with redness and swelling.

Omni Spray 78.6 ml should only be used if advised by your doctor. Omni Spray 78.6 ml should be used for skin only, and accidentally if it gets into your eye, mouth, or nose, rinse with water. Omni Spray 78.6 ml should be applied to the affected area with a piece of clean cotton wool or gauze swab. Omni Spray 78.6 ml should not be applied more than the recommended dose to avoid unpleasant side effects. Omni Spray 78.6 ml should not be given to children less than 2 years of age. Drug-Drug Interaction: Omni Spray 78.6 ml may interact with ACE inhibitors (captopril, lisinopril), angiotensin II receptor blockers (losartan, valsartan), cidofovir, corticosteroids (dexamethasone, prednisone), lithium, methotrexate, diuretics (furosemide). Omni Spray 78.6 ml may increase the risk of bleeding when used with other drugs that also may cause bleeding.
