Directions for Use

Nicotine gum is not like regular chewing gum. To ensure the nicotine is absorbed properly into your bloodstream, you must use the "Chew and Park" method:

1. Place one piece of Nicotex 4mg into your mouth and chew it slowly until you experience a strong peppery taste or a tingling sensation in your mouth (usually about 10–15 chews).
2. Stop chewing immediately. "Park" the gum by resting it between your cheek and your gums. This allows the nicotine to be absorbed through the inner lining of your mouth.

Dosage Schedule (For Heavy Smokers - >20 cigarettes/day):
Weeks 1 to 6: 1 piece every 1 to 2 hours (Maximum 24 pieces/day).
