I have hypertension and want to quit chewing tobacco. Is it safe for me to use Nicotex?

Nicotex (Nicotine Replacement Therapy) is generally much safer than continuing tobacco use. However, because nicotine can temporarily elevate blood pressure and heart rate, you should use it with caution. If your hypertension is well-controlled with medication, Nicotex is usually safe to use. I highly recommend consulting your doctor before starting so they can monitor your blood pressure and prescribe the appropriate dosage (2mg or 4mg). When using it, ensure you follow the 'chew and park' method to avoid rapid nicotine release, which can spike blood pressure.
