About Dompan Tablet 15's

Dompan Tablet 15's is indicated in the treatment of gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (acid reflux), erosive esophagitis (inflammation of the oesophagus due to acid reflux), and gastric and duodenal ulcers. Additionally, it is also used to relieve symptoms of nausea and vomiting, upper abdominal discomfort, feeling of discomfort, and regurgitation of gastric contents.

Dompan Tablet 15's contains pantoprazole and domperidone. Pantoprazole works by reducing the amount of acid made by the stomach. Domperidone works by increasing the movements of the stomach and intestines. Together, Dompan Tablet 15's helps treat acidity-related conditions.

The most common side effects of Dompan Tablet 15's are diarrhoea, stomach pain, flatulence (gas), dry mouth, dizziness, and headache. Most of these side effects may not require medical attention and resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, consult your doctor.

It is generally safe to take ashwagandha at night alongside Dompan (pantoprazole/domperidone) and Gaviscon. In fact, ashwagandha may help reduce stress, which is a common reflux trigger. However, because Gaviscon works by forming a physical barrier in your stomach, it can interfere with how your body absorbs other supplements. To get the best results, I recommend taking your ashwagandha tablet at least two hours apart from Gaviscon. Keep an eye on how your stomach feels, and feel free to discuss this with your doctor.
