Nulong-Trio 40 Tablet is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). It works by relaxing blood vessels. This allows the blood to flow more smoothly and the heart to pump more efficiently. It reduces the heart's workload and makes the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body. Also, it removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body and efficiently reduces blood pressure. Thus, it helps to lower high blood pressure, reducing the chances of heart attack or stroke. In some cases, it may cause side effects such as headache, nausea, peripheral oedema (swelling of legs/hands), or dizziness in some cases. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.

However, consult a doctor if you experience weakness, irregular heartbeat, confusion, tingling of the extremities, or feelings of heaviness in the legs.
