Tofatas-XR 11 mg Tablet 15's contains Tofacitinib, which works by blocking the Janus kinase enzyme, thereby lowering inflammation and symptoms associated with rheumatoid and psoriatic arthritis. 

Not everyone who is taking Tofatas-XR 11 mg Tablet 15's will get these side effects. Tofatas-XR 11 mg Tablet 15's may begin working within 2-8 weeks after starting the treatment.
Tofatas-XR 11 mg Tablet 15's should not be taken along with tocilizumab as it might increase the risk of infections. Before starting Tofatas-XR 11 mg Tablet 15's, inform the doctor if you are taking tocilizumab.
Prior to starting Tofatas-XR 11 mg Tablet 15's, active or latent tuberculosis test, CBC (complete blood count), LFT (liver function test), and lipid profile tests should be done.
