Olmezest CH 40 Tablet is used to treat high blood pressure. It contains Olmesartan medoxomil and Chlorthalidone, which work by relaxing blood vessels. This allows the blood to flow more smoothly and the heart to pump more efficiently. Also, it removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body. Together it lowers fluid overload, blood pressure and improves blood flow. In some cases, you may experience side effects such as headache, nausea, or dizziness.
