Arlin Ayurvedic Liniment is best applied after a bath, as clean and warm skin improves the absorption of its herbal ingredients, such as Mahanarayan Tailam, Vishagarbha Tailam, and Camphor, thereby enhancing relief from joint and muscle pain. Applying it just before bathing is not recommended, as it may wash off and reduce effectiveness. For best results and safe use, always follow your physician’s directions.

Take 5 ml to 10 ml of oil onto the palms and gently massage it onto the affected areas.
