Strict adherence to preparation instructions is critical for your baby's health. Step-by-Step Preparation: 1. Wash and Sterilise: Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. Sterilise the feeding bowl/bottle, nipple, and spoon by boiling them in water for 5 minutes. 2. Boil Water: Boil fresh drinking water for 5 minutes and allow it to cool until it is lukewarm (approx. 40°C / 104°F) to protect the live probiotics. 3. Consult Feeding Table: Pour the exact amount of lukewarm water into the sterilised feeding vessel according to the feeding table on the tin. 4. Add Powder: Use only the scoop provided inside the Smartlid packaging. Level off the powder using the rim of the tin. Do not heap the scoop. 5. Mix Well: Cap the bottle and shake well (or stir thoroughly in a bowl) until the powder is completely dissolved. Age-Specific Feeding Table (Standard Guidelines): 1st & 2nd week: 90 ml water + 3 scoops (6 feeds per day) 3rd & 4th week: 120 ml water + 4 scoops (5 feeds per day) 2nd month: 150 ml water + 5 scoops (5 feeds per day) 3rd & 4th month: 180 ml water + 6 scoops (5 feeds per day) 5th & 6th month: 210 ml water + 7 scoops (5 feeds per day) Pro Tip: Only prepare one feed at a time.
