What are the benefits of Protinex Creamy Vanilla Nutrition Powder?

Protinex Creamy Vanilla Nutrition Powder is an adult health supplement that provides 34% high-quality protein and 22 essential vitamins and minerals. It helps build muscle strength, acts as an immunity booster, supports bone health, and aids in everyday fatigue reduction without adding excess calories or sugar to your diet.

Is Protinex powder for adults safe for daily consumption?

Yes, it is perfectly safe for daily use. It is formulated as an everyday health drink to bridge dietary gaps. Consuming 1-2 servings daily aligns with the ICMR guidelines for the Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) of protein and micronutrients for Indian adults.

What is the correct Protinex 400g price and serving size?

The Protinex 400g price varies slightly based on ongoing Apollo Pharmacy promotions and offers. A standard 400 gm jar provides approximately 13 to 16 servings, assuming a serving size of 25 g to 30 g per glass.

Can diabetic patients drink this vanilla protein powder for adults?

Yes, this specific creamy vanilla variant contains zero added sugar and has a low glycaemic index, making it suitable for pre-diabetics and diabetics. However, it is always recommended to consult your diabetologist or nutritionist before adding any new dietary supplement to your regimen.

Does Protinex creamy vanilla flavour cause weight gain?

No, Protinex alone does not cause weight gain. It is low in fat and contains zero added sugar. When consumed as part of a balanced diet, it promotes lean muscle mass and satiety, which can actually assist in healthy weight management rather than fat accumulation.

How does Protinex Health Drink vanilla compare to whey protein?

While whey protein is primarily tailored for athletes and bodybuilders seeking rapid post-workout recovery, Protinex is a holistic daily nutrition drink. It utilises a slower-digesting blend of peanut, soy, and milk proteins paired with essential vitamins and minerals, making it ideal for general adult health, immunity, and sustained energy.

What is the best time to drink this adult health supplement?

You can consume it at any time of the day. However, nutritionists highly recommend having it with breakfast to kickstart your metabolism, or as a mid-evening snack to curb unhealthy cravings and ensure steady nutrient delivery to your muscles.

Can pregnant or lactating women consume the Protinex vanilla 400 gm jar?

While protein is crucial during pregnancy, pregnant and lactating women have specific nutritional requirements. Protinex manufactures a specialised variant (Protinex Mama) for this demographic. Please consult your gynaecologist before consuming the standard adult formula.

Are there any side effects of drinking Protinex daily?

For the vast majority of adults, there are no side effects when consumed at the recommended dosage. However, individuals allergic to peanuts, soy, or dairy may experience allergic reactions. Overconsumption beyond the daily recommended limit may lead to mild bloating or digestive discomfort.

Does this powder require a shaker to mix properly?

No shaker is required. The hydrolysed nature of Protinex Creamy Vanilla allows it to mix easily. Simply stirring briskly with a spoon in warm or cold milk for 30–45 seconds will yield a smooth, lump-free drink.

My wife has low body weight and is the mother of a 10-month-old baby. She has been taking Protinex Powder for the last 5 days. What additional home remedies or diet can help her gain weight safely?

For safe weight gain after childbirth, along with Protinex Powder, your wife should eat small, frequent meals rich in protein and calories, such as milk, curd, paneer, eggs, dals, nuts, bananas, and healthy fats like ghee in moderation. Include nutritious snacks like dry fruits or smoothies, stay well hydrated, and get adequate rest. Light activity, like walking, can help improve appetite. If she is breastfeeding, she needs extra calories, so regular meals are important. If there is no improvement or she feels weak, consult a doctor to check for anaemia or deficiencies.
