My child has had a gurgling stomach since last night. Could you please tell me what might be causing it?

A gurgling stomach in a child is usually due to a normal bowel movement, mild gas, or slight stomach upset from food or changes in digestion. It often settles on its own and is not serious if there is no pain, vomiting, or loose motions. Give light, easy-to-digest food, keep your child well hydrated, and avoid heavy or junk food for a while. If it continues or your child develops pain, vomiting, or loose stools, consult a doctor.
