If your pain worsens, or you notice vaginal bleeding, fluid leaking, or decreased foetal movements, seek medical help immediately.

Adilin-SR-40 tablet (Isoxsuprine) should only be taken during pregnancy if prescribed by your doctor. It is sometimes used to delay premature labour, giving the baby more time to develop in the womb. Common side effects include chest pain (angina), irregular heartbeat, nausea, vomiting, and weakness. Please inform your doctor if any of these side effects persist or worsen.
