You should continue your AKT-2 treatment as prescribed and not stop the medicine early. Stopping TB treatment before completion can cause the infection to return and become more difficult to treat. Always complete the full course and consult your doctor before making any changes.

This can happen in gland TB when the infected lymph node softens and drains pus as part of the healing process. It does not mean the treatment is failing, but the area needs proper care to prevent infection. Continue your AKT medicines and consult your doctor, as you may need wound care, dressing, or further evaluation.
