Alcid-MPS Liquid is an antacid that contains Aluminium Hydroxide, Magnesium Hydroxide, and Simethicone — commonly used to relieve gas, acidity, and indigestion. It can be used in the first trimester if recommended by your doctor. Avoid exceeding the advised dose and duration. Eat small, frequent meals, avoid spicy/greasy foods, drink enough water, and sleep with your head slightly elevated to prevent acidity problems.
