Your daughter?s symptoms may be caused by a viral respiratory infection, such as the common cold, which usually improves within a few days. Continue giving her P 125 Suspension (Paracetamol) and Alday Syrup (Cetirizine) as advised. Ensure she drinks plenty of fluids and gets adequate rest. Use saline drops to clear her nose if needed. If her symptoms persist or worsen, or she has trouble breathing, please consult a paediatrician for proper examination and treatment.
