What could be causing my ongoing symptoms of left-sided headaches, numbness, dizziness, chest and arm pain, stomach burning, weak urine flow, and erection problems, and could these issues be related to my diagnoses or the medications I am taking, including PPIs, Dynapres, Alfoo, Concor, Cetirizine, and Inzofresh?
Several of your issues may indeed be linked to your medications. Concor (bisoprolol) and alpha-blockers like Dynapres (tamsulosin) and Alfoo (alfuzosin) can cause dizziness, headaches, and erection problems. Taking two alpha-blockers simultaneously is unusual and can significantly lower your blood pressure, worsening these symptoms. While your PPI manages stomach burning, chest and arm pain should always be evaluated by a doctor to rule out heart concerns. Please schedule a review with your physician to safely adjust your medications.
