I work as a medical representative and am mostly exposed to the sun. My skin becomes dry in winter and slightly oily in summer. Please suggest a good sunscreen suitable for my skin.
You may use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30?50 daily. Choose a lightweight, oil-free or gel-based sunscreen for summer and a moisturising or cream-based sunscreen for winter to protect your skin without causing dryness or oiliness. Apply it 15-20 minutes before sun exposure and reapply every two hours, especially if you are outdoors or sweating. Additionally, wearing a hat and protective clothing can further reduce sun damage.
