I am an MSc student with generalised anxiety that worsens during exams, and I stopped my psychiatric medicines 20 days ago. I have Ambulax tablets and feel better after taking one. Can I take one tablet daily for one month, and is there any risk of side effects or addiction?
Your anxiety symptoms can return after stopping psychiatric medicines, especially during exam stress. Ambulax may provide short-term relief, but daily use without supervision can cause drowsiness, poor concentration, and risk of dependence. It is not advisable to continue it on your own for a month. Please consult your doctor to plan a safe and suitable treatment approach.
