I have occasional tingling on the right side of my head, and I am taking Amlosafe AT in the morning and Envas 10 in the evening for blood pressure. My BP is now normal. What should I do?
Occasional tingling on one side of the head may be caused by nerve irritation, stress, or muscle tension. Ensure regular sleep, drink enough water, and avoid long periods of screen use. Continue taking your blood pressure medications as advised, since your levels are well controlled. Consult a doctor if the tingling becomes frequent, severe, or is associated with weakness or vision problems.
