You may take paracetamol for body pain, and gargle with warm salt water 3 to 4 times a day to reduce throat pain and infection. Drink plenty of warm fluids and take adequate rest to help your body recover. If your symptoms last more than a week or you develop a high fever, severe throat pain, or difficulty swallowing, please consult your doctor for a proper examination and treatment.
