I have puffy nipples but not gynecomastia. I've taken Nolvadex and Arimidex but did not see any results. What should I do?
Puffy nipples without actual gynecomastia are frequently caused by glandular tissue or localized fat, and they might not react to drugs like Arimidex or Nolvadex. A consultation with a plastic surgeon or endocrinologist is advised if it is persistent and unpleasant, since modest surgical correction or liposuction may be required.
