My child has mild fever and vomiting, and I have given Artigesic suspension. What other medicine or care should I provide?
Mild fever and vomiting in children are often caused by common infections such as a viral illness or stomach infection like Viral Gastroenteritis. If you have already given Artigesic Suspension for fever, you can also focus on keeping your child well hydrated by giving small, frequent sips of water, oral rehydration solution (ORS), or clear fluids. Offer light foods such as rice, banana, or toast once vomiting settles, and allow the child to rest. Avoid oily or heavy foods for the time being. If vomiting continues, the fever becomes high, the child becomes very weak, or there are signs of dehydration such as very little urine or dry mouth, it is important to consult a doctor for proper evaluation and treatment.
