I am taking Asolt-AT and Zulu-P for arthritis. Are these medicines appropriate, or is there a better alternative?
Medicines like Asolt-AT and Zulu-P are commonly used to reduce pain and inflammation in arthritis and can provide good short-term relief. However, whether they are the best option depends on the type of arthritis you have (such as osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis). These medicines mainly control symptoms and do not treat the underlying cause, so long-term management may require other treatments prescribed by your doctor. In addition to medicines, regular physiotherapy, low-impact exercises (like walking or swimming), maintaining a healthy weight, and adequate calcium and vitamin D intake are very important. If pain persists or worsens, consult your doctor, who may adjust your treatment or suggest other medicines specifically suited to your condition.
