A persistent fever despite Dolo 650 and Azithromycin may occur with viral infections, Dengue Fever, malaria, typhoid, flu, or other illnesses that antibiotics may not immediately treat. Since this is day 3, it is reasonable to get evaluated by a doctor if fever continues. Common tests may include CBC, dengue test, malaria test, typhoid testing, urine test, and other investigations based on symptoms. Continue hydration, rest, and take medicines only as prescribed. Seek urgent care if fever becomes very high, or if you develop breathing difficulty, severe weakness, rash, vomiting, chest pain, or confusion.
