Could my daily medications, Prolomet XL 25 and Azto Gold 20, be causing me to feel dizzy while I am resting, even though I can walk for 30 minutes without any issues?
It is very possible that your medications, particularly Prolomet XL (which contains metoprolol), are contributing to your dizziness during rest. Metoprolol relaxes your blood vessels and slows your heart rate. When you are walking, your body naturally keeps your blood pressure up, but when you rest, your heart rate and blood pressure can dip, leading to mild dizziness.
