I have been having watery diarrhoea since yesterday, along with fever and two episodes of vomiting. I took Bacigyl, Domstal, and Crocin, but there has been no improvement. What should I do next?
You should drink plenty of fluids or oral rehydration solution to prevent dehydration and continue taking Crocin (Paracetamol) for fever if needed. If diarrhoea, vomiting, or fever persists beyond 24 hours, or if you develop weakness, severe abdominal pain, or signs of dehydration, please see a doctor promptly for examination and possible stool tests or further treatment.
