Your skin symptoms suggest that your skin barrier may have become irritated or damaged, possibly due to harsh soaps, over-cleansing, sensitivity, allergy, or an underlying skin condition such as eczema, dermatitis, acne-related irritation, or pigmentation problems. Burning, dryness, flaking, and dark patches often happen when the skin becomes excessively dry or irritated. Since Bellissa soap worsened the burning and dryness, it would be best to stop using harsh soaps, scrubs, fairness creams, or strong skin products for now. Use a mild, fragrance-free face cleanser and apply a gentle moisturiser regularly to help repair the skin barrier and reduce irritation. Daily sunscreen use is very important because sun exposure can worsen dark patches and skin sensitivity. Avoid rubbing, scratching, frequent face washing, or experimenting with multiple creams at the same time. Drink enough water, maintain good sleep, reduce stress, and eat a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and protein to support skin healing. Depending on the exact cause, a dermatologist may recommend medicated creams for pigmentation, allergy, acne, or inflammation after examining your skin properly. Since your problem has been continuing for years and is now causing burning and dark patches, it is important to consult a dermatologist before using any new medicated creams, especially steroid-containing creams, because improper use can worsen skin damage and pigmentation over time. With proper skin care and correct treatment, the skin condition and complexion usually improve gradually over weeks to months.
