Since your stomach pain has persisted for two days and CarnoZin syrup (zinc carnosine) has not helped, you should consult your doctor or gastroenterologist for a thorough evaluation to rule out infections, gastritis, ulcers, or other underlying conditions. Avoid heavy, spicy, or oily foods, drink plenty of water, and do not continue the syrup until advised by your doctor.
