Please see your doctor promptly for a proper examination, as fever with bone pain and constipation may indicate a serious infection or another underlying condition. You should avoid squeezing or picking the pimple, as this may worsen the infection. Apply a warm compress to the outside of your nose a few times a day to reduce pain and swelling. Complete the full course of Cefixime as prescribed, and see your doctor if the pain worsens, the swelling spreads, or you develop a fever.

Cefixime does not usually affect the menstrual cycle, so it is unlikely to be the cause of your delayed period. Primolut N is commonly prescribed to regulate or start a period in cases of delay. Your period may be late due to stress, illness, weight changes, or a hormonal imbalance. Take your medicines as prescribed and follow up with your doctor if your period does not start after finishing the course.

Cefixime and Ofloxacin are antibiotics commonly used to treat typhoid fever and are generally safe and effective when prescribed by a doctor. Take them exactly as directed and complete the full course, even if you start feeling better.
