If your child?s fever has lasted three days despite taking Paracetamol and antibiotics, you should not give any new medicine on your own. Persistent fever may indicate a more serious infection or a condition that requires a doctor?s assessment. Please take your child to a paediatrician as soon as possible for examination and appropriate treatment. Until then, keep your child hydrated and monitor for any worsening symptoms.
