  5. I have itching around my temples, especially after bathing or when the area is wet. It started on one side but has now spread to the other side of my neck, with some colour change. I have used Ceoderm and Clob-GM creams, but there has been no improvement. What could this be, and how should I treat it?

This is likely a fungal skin infection that has spread. The creams you used contain strong steroids, which may worsen fungal infections and cause skin colour changes. You should stop using these steroid combination creams and apply a plain antifungal cream (such as clotrimazole or miconazole) for 2 to 4 weeks. Keep the area clean and dry, and avoid applying oil or heavy creams. If there is no improvement, consult your doctor or dermatologist, as you may need oral antifungal treatment.
