I have watery stools 4 to 5 times a day with fever, and I do not feel like eating. What should I do to get relief?
Watery stools with fever are often due to an infection and can lead to dehydration if not managed properly. Drink plenty of fluids, such as water and oral rehydration solution, and take light, easily digestible foods even if appetite is low. Rest well and avoid oily or spicy foods until you feel better. If symptoms continue, worsen, or you notice weakness or reduced urination, consult a doctor for proper care.
