I have headaches, bodily aches, and throat infections. What is the course of treatment?
Viral infections or bacterial throat infections can induce headaches, body aches, and throat infections. Resting, consuming lots of warm liquids, gargling with warm salt water, and, if necessary, taking fever and painkillers like paracetamol are all common components of treatment. You might need to see a doctor for antibiotics if the throat discomfort is severe, accompanied by a high temperature, white spots, difficulty swallowing, or if it persists for more than a few days. Until you heal, stay hydrated, abstain from smoking, and avoid cold meals.
