I have anal irritation and it feels like something is burning in my ass since I was applying soap on the bottom of my asshole. When this issue first appeared, I thought it was caused by applying soap to that area. After that, I cleaned it with water and dried it with a cotton cloth. I saw a skin specialist and was prescribed medication, but it didn't work either. Please help me find a remedy. What can I do to fully heal this?
