I have migraine and epilepsy, and am taking Lavera 2 g, Cloba 10 mg, and Lacoset 10 and 20 mg, and I gained weight after using sodium valproate earlier. I am working out at the gym, but not losing weight. Can I safely take whey protein and fat burners for weight loss?
With migraine and epilepsy, and while taking Lavera, Cloba, and Lacoset, weight loss supplements should be used cautiously. Whey protein is generally safe in moderate amounts if kidney function is normal, but fat burners may trigger seizures or interact with medicines. Weight reduction mainly depends on diet quality and regular exercise. Do not start any supplements on your own. Talk to your doctor first to make sure they are safe for you.
