You should use Clotina-V Vaginal Softgel Suppository as per the instructions on the label or as advised by your doctor. First, wash your hands and the vaginal area thoroughly with mild soap and water. Lie on your back with your knees drawn up toward your chest and gently insert the suppository deep into the vagina using either your finger or the provided applicator, preferably at bedtime for better absorption. It is best to remain lying down for a short while afterwards to ensure the medication stays in place and is effectively absorbed throughout the night.
