Teeth breaking or fracturing repeatedly can happen due to problems like severe tooth decay, weak enamel, grinding/clenching of teeth (bruxism), vitamin or calcium deficiency, or gum disease that weakens tooth support. It can also occur if you frequently chew hard foods or have untreated cavities. To prevent further damage, maintain good oral hygiene (brush twice daily, floss), avoid very hard foods, and consider using a mouthguard if you grind your teeth. Make sure your diet has enough calcium and vitamin D, and most importantly, consult a dentist soon

Tooth pain is usually caused by decay, infection, or gum problems, so please see a dentist to find the underlying cause. Treatment depends on the problem and may include a filling, root canal treatment, gum treatment, or, in some cases, removal of the tooth if it is badly damaged. Until you are examined, you may take paracetamol for pain relief, rinse your mouth with warm salt water, and avoid very hot, cold, or sweet foods.
