Yes. Coloplast Paste is slightly sticky and tacky. It is designed to fill skin folds and gaps, not to act as glue. After applying the paste, you can apply the base plate immediately. Gently smooth the paste and avoid spreading it too thick. Press the base plate firmly for good adhesion. If the skin is moist, allow a few seconds before placing the plate. If you have repeated leakage or skin irritation, consult a stoma care nurse or doctor.
