After taking Augmentin 625mg three times a day and Combiflam twice a day for four days for a sore throat, my fever is gone but I now feel very weak and dizzy; are these symptoms side effects of Augmentin, is my illness getting worse, and should I continue taking my medication?

These symptoms can be side effects of Augmentin (co-amoxiclav) or Combiflam (ibuprofen/paracetamol), or simply a result of your body recovering from the infection and mild dehydration. It does not necessarily mean your illness is worsening. Please do not stop taking your Augmentin without consulting your doctor, as finishing the antibiotic course is important. For now, rest, drink plenty of fluids, and contact your doctor to discuss these side effects and ensure it is safe to continue.
