I have asthma and am using Combitide 250 inhaler. What precautions should I follow?
Use your inhaler every day as prescribed, even when you feel well, to keep the inflammation in your lungs under control and prevent sudden attacks. Rinse your mouth with water after each use to prevent oral thrush, and always keep a separate blue reliever inhaler for emergencies. Do not stop the inhaler suddenly without consulting your doctor, and watch for side effects such as an increased heart rate or tremors. Also, ensure your inhaler technique is checked regularly by a nurse, and avoid known triggers such as cigarette smoke, dust, or strong perfumes.
