I have eczema on both feet with dry, red patches. Can I use Conzole M lotion on the healing areas, and is there anything else I should do?
Conzole M lotion (Miconazole) is an antifungal, so it may help if your eczema has become infected with fungus, but it is not meant for treating eczema itself. To manage dry, red patches, apply a thick, fragrance-free emollient several times a day and avoid harsh soaps that strip your skin of moisture. If the inflammation is significant, your doctor may recommend a mild steroid cream. Keep your feet clean and dry, avoid scratching, and wear breathable footwear to prevent irritation.
