Fever medicines like Crocin (paracetamol) must be dosed strictly by your child's weight, not just their age; an incorrect dose is often why the fever persists. For now, try lukewarm water sponging (avoid cold water) and ensure your child stays well-hydrated with water or breast milk/formula.
