A fever of 102?F that subsides after administering Crocin Syrup is a positive sign that the temperature has dropped and is often caused by a viral infection or another common illness. Continue administering fluids, light meals, and adequate rest, and take the fever medication only at the age- and weight-appropriate dosage and time. Continue to keep an eye on the temperature and watch for signs that require medical treatment, such as breathing difficulties, vomiting, seizures, rash, excessive drowsiness, or poor appetite. See a doctor if the fever persists for longer than two to three days or recurs frequently.
