Please do not reuse these medicines without consulting her pediatrician first. Sensiclav DS contains an antibiotic (amoxicillin/clavulanic acid) and should never be given for a simple runny nose, which is usually viral. Crocin (paracetamol) is only for fever or pain, and LL Linctus is for specific cough symptoms. Giving leftover medications can be unsafe for a two-year-old. For now, keep her hydrated, use saline nasal drops to clear her nose, and please have her evaluated by her doctor to get the correct, safe treatment for her current symptoms.
