You can manage your cold and headache by getting plenty of rest, drinking warm fluids, and taking paracetamol for pain or fever if needed. Steam inhalation can help relieve a blocked nose and make you feel more comfortable. If you do not feel comfortable taking a water bath, you can use a lukewarm sponge bath or a damp cloth instead.
