Will the large and painful swelling on the right side of my neck?which was diagnosed by a needle biopsy as a tuberculosis-related fluid collection (cold abscess) with no cancer cells?go down with my current medications (Forecox, Defcort-30, and Bekasule, which replaced Akurit 4), and how long will this take, or will I need surgery to remove the inflamed lymph node? Additionally, if surgery is required, is it risky, and is laser surgery an option for this condition?
