As an asthma patient, I feel uneasy breathing after using Deriphyllin Retard 150.

I was prescribed Deriphyllin Retard 150 mg twice a day. Should I continue or stop it?

I have been taking deryphyln retard 150 along with metxl 25 one dose at 9am another at 5pm my first question is can these booth medicine be taken to gether or not My doctor suggested take metxl 25 along with deryphyln retard 150 i have been taking this since 6 years somehow within initial difficulty got used to Now new medicine has been given to me which is telma I take at 10pm after starting this medicine i get fatigue Is it the addition of telma 40 contributing to it I want to know whst other medicine I can take instead of deryphyln to reduce fatigue I also want to know after 6 years can this medicine cause toxins because now after adding telma 40 the fatigue has restricted my life at 70 I was 60 percent active but now this is effected iam really lost I nedd to know if prolonged use can cause toxins I better talk to my doctor csn thst be cause of fatigue

What is the dosage form of Deriphyllin Retard 150? Please suggest medication for exercise-induced asthma.
